👨💻 About the Role
S&OP Manager - Lead Planning at Mous
We’re looking for a sharp, strategic, and driven S&OP Manager with proven experience of 3-5 years to join our team at Mous. We’re building something exciting, and if you're ready to lead, grow, and solve real-world planning challenges, we want to hear from you.
Please note that this role will be situated at our office in Lahore (Upper Mall), working on-site from Monday to Thursday, with Friday being an optional WFH day. The normal working hours will be 10 am - 7 pm PKT.
👋 About You
As a S&OP Manager at Mous, you'll work collaboratively with our Finance and Logistics team. You will report directly to Gina Sartor, our Finance & Operations Director.

You’ll be at the centre of our supply chain decision-making, shaping scalable planning processes that fuel our next stage of growth.
🔑Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end S&OP process to ensure commercial/ops/supply chain are aligned
- Establish and monitor departmental KPIs, effectively reporting these on a regular basis to key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain scalable S&OP processes that support the businesses growth strategy
- Own S&OP NPD milestones ensuring that deliverables are commercially sound, accurate and on time
- Oversee the monthly S&OP forecast cycle ensuring all key stakeholders are involved at the appropriate actions are taken following the various meetings
- Own the quarterly logistics forecast process for all categories
- Overall ownership of inventory management ensuring that all product categories maintain optimal stock levels and availability through the demand planning process and collaboration with the commercial and marketplace teams to effectively clear overstocks and manage potential out of stock instances
- Own the S&OP section of the Monthly Operations meeting
- Review all work prepared by Demand planners, ensuring accurate and timely demand forecasts and inventory management
- Effectively manage a team of 4, ensuring accurate and timely demand forecasts and inventory management
- Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to integrate seamless processes and optimize operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement within the operations function

- Clear alignment across commercial, operations, and supply chain functions through a well-run S&OP process.

Accurate forecasts and optimal inventory levels, minimizing both overstock and out-of-stock situations.

Timely delivery of new product planning milestones that support commercial and operational goals
- Achievement of key departmental KPIs, with regular and transparent reporting to stakeholders
- Effective leadership of the planning team, fostering continuous improvement in forecasting and planning processes.
🤓Skills requirements:

Hard skills:
- Proven experience leading S&OP or demand planning functions
- 1-2 years leading a team
- 3–5 years in relevant S&OP/demand planning roles
- Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical background
- Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally
- Proficient in forecasting, KPI reporting, and inventory management
- Familiarity with ERP and data visualisation tools
- Strong leadership and team management
- Excellent stakeholder communication and influence
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-growing business environment
- Industry experience at companies like Unilever, Amazon, or similar
- Previous experience in tech/D2C/CPG product environment
- Exposure to product launch cycles and seasonal planning
