👨💻 About the Role
3D Visualiser – Bring Products to Life at Mous
We’re looking for a brilliant Midweight 3D Visualiser to join our growing creative team in Pakistan. If you’re passionate about creating stunning, realistic product renders and want to work on high-impact global campaigns for a fast-growing tech accessories brand, this is your moment.
Please note that this role will be situated at our office in Lahore (Upper Mall), working on-site from Monday to Thursday, with Friday being an optional WFH day. The normal working hours will be 10 am - 7 pm PKT.
👋 About You
You’ll play a key role in shaping how our products are seen across the world on our digital sales channels, social media, retail and more. As part of a small but ambitious creative team, you’ll collaborate closely with our UK designers and content producers to deliver polished, technically accurate stills and motion assets. From CAD model to final output, you’ll own your work, translating briefs into best-in-class 3D content, and helping push the quality of our visual storytelling with every launch.
You should have a sharp eye for lighting, texture, and materials, plus a strong understanding of animation workflows. We’re after someone proactive, detail-obsessed, and comfortable juggling multiple projects with quick turnarounds.
If you’ve got 2–4 years of experience in product visualisation, are confident in tools like Blender, Octane, or Unreal Engine, and are excited by the challenge of levelling up our visual output, we’d love to hear from you.
🔑Key Responsibilities:
- Converting CAD models into photorealistic and stylised 3D renders
- Executing animation briefs based on creative direction or moodboards
- Iterating with designers and stakeholders to finesse lighting, camera angles, motion, and composition
- Collaborating with the UK-based design team to create assets for product launches
- Managing your workflow and proactively communicating timelines

- Delivery of high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders and animations that meet brand standards and creative direction.
- Consistent on-time completion of assets aligned with product launch schedules and campaign timelines.
- Clear, proactive collaboration with UK-based and local teams, ensuring smooth feedback loops and minimal revisions.
- Contribution to the visual storytelling and creative innovation of Mous across digital and retail channels.
- Effective management of multiple projects with efficient workflows and clear communication of progress and blockers.
- Continuous improvement of rendering quality and workflow efficiency through the adoption of new tools, techniques, and feedback.
- Positive feedback from cross-functional stakeholders and measurable impact on campaign engagement or sales performance.
🤓Skills requirements:

Hard skills:
- Strong proficiency in 3D software such as Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D or Unreal Engine
- Confident in taking CAD models or product design files and transforming them into premium 3D visuals, particularly for tech devices and hard products like phone cases, chargers, and mounts; experience with soft goods or fabric-based products is a big plus
- High standard of lighting, shading, texturing, and environment setup
- Experience in realistic 3D animation, including camera motion, material transitions, dynamics and industry standard creative direction
- A strong visual eye and the ability to contribute original ideas when appropriate
- Strong knowledge of node-based workflow and logic building
- Clear and proactive communicator, especially when working with teams in different time zones
- Able to clearly and confidently explain creative or abstract ideas to collaborators across different levels of seniority, both in-person and remotely
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong time management, able to estimate timelines accurately and deliver to them
- Detail-oriented and personally invested in high-quality outcomes
- Collaborative and open to feedback and iteration
- Organised and capable of managing multiple projects at once
- Curious about new tools and techniques, stays up to date with 3D trends
- A genuine interest in consumer tech, phones, and performance products is a plus
- Experience in 2D motion design tools like Adobe After Effects
- Experience in video editing, post processing and colour grading using tools like Adobe Premiere or Davinci Resolve, etc
- Familiarity with version control and asset management best practices
- Experience working in eComm or D2C tech brands
